About me.
Hi, I’m Emily Lewis and I’m a Web Designer and Developer based out of Portland, Maine.
I have always been drawn to the unique art of web design and development and the particular way they require both a natural talent for creative thinking and a knack for structure and order.
As a natural organizer, my precursory career had me managing a research program at Harvard Law School where organization, project management, and an exceptional eye for detail were essential. Today I bring along that finesse and an artistic disposition in my work as a web designer and developer.
At my core, I have always had a passion for the more creative endeavors with the same ultimate goal: creating something beautiful. Ranging from musical performance, photography, cake decorating, floral design, and more, I’m often seeking out my next creative pursuit and the new skills I can obtain from it.
In 2019-2020, I participated in a web development program where I sharpened my design and development skills and gained a solid understanding of what’s behind the scenes of a website and how to build and design an effective one.
When I’m not helping clients bring their websites to life, I can usually be found deep in the woods on one of Maine’s many trails or throwing the ball around at the beach with my rescue dog, Dougie.
I’m here to create aesthetically pleasing work with optimal usability, easy and efficient navigation, and with a look and feel that is not only engaging but is also representative of your brand.
